The WRT (Water Ring Tecnova) is an air-regulated horizontal cutting system designed for the granulation of complex post-consumer plastic materials.
The innovative air-regulated system allows for automatic and continuous control of cutting pressure. Unlike traditional units, where adjustment is performed by the operator, this system uses compressed air to:
- maintain constant blade pressure on the die
- stabilize the process throughout all processing phases
- eliminate errors related to manual calibration
Available in the following capacities: 150 kg, 400 kg, 700 kg, 1,000 kg, 1,500 kg, 2,000 kg, and 2,500 kg/hour

Internal movement controlled by 2.2-kW gear motor - min/max levels both visual via plexiglass panels and electrical with alarm indicator lamp - door for inspection and cleaning - cyclone for arrival of material complete with sleeve filters for air decantation - auger for extraction of milled material controlled by 4-kW AC gear motor with - general control and command panel with inverter, with in-built dosing synchronisation with forced feeding and alarm siren for min/max levels - lower part of silo in stainless steel.
