The E200 is a recycling plant dedicated to processing HDPE plastic material, mainly bottles for personal and household hygiene products such as shampoo and detergents.
TECHNICAL PRECISION AND OUTPUT PURITY
The incoming post-consumer material is pre-selected and subjected to a washing process in three consecutive tanks, ensuring the removal of all external contamination. This step is followed by a color sorting process for the materials to be recycled, using optical separators before entering the extruder, as the quality standards are very high and require the final material to be as white as possible.
GUARANTEED UNIFORM THICKNESS
The melt index of the material recycled with the E200 is maintained within a very precise standard, with a tolerance of ±0.1% compared to the input value. This is crucial because the regenerated material will be used to produce new bottles through blow molding, a process that requires uniform thickness.
REDESIGNED LOOK
Another important innovation of the E200 lies in its design. It is the first plant built with new casings and covers, giving it a more modern and innovative appearance compared to previous models. A refined design conveys order, cleanliness, and efficiency. This new aesthetic line, with the machine fully enclosed and shielded, will be the pioneer for future Tecnova projects. The design also reflects the RAL colors of the new corporate logo, which was introduced to the market a few months ago.
HIGH PERFORMANCE AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Another key feature of the E200 is its energy efficiency. Tecnova has succeeded in keeping energy consumption below 0.23 kW per kg of produced material. This achievement was made possible thanks to the extruder screw profile and the thermal insulation of the casings and barrel. The plant is designed for continuous 24/7 operation, considering that components like the filter require several hours to reach operating temperature.
